Loxley on Bellbird Hill is the ideal venue for conferences, seminars, board meetings, executive meetings, team building and special events. We are mindful that every organisation has specific goals that need to be achieved from their retreat. Our professional and friendly team are there to assist you to ensure your conference needs are met.

Our unique and relaxed country-style conference rooms and many outdoor breakout areas, make Loxley a particularly comfortable and encouraging learning environment. Loxley has two main conference areas: Explorer’s Retreat and the Kauri Room.

Conference rooms are supplied with white board, flip charts, overhead projector and projector screen. Other A/V equipment for your conference can be arranged at a small additional charge.

Full Conference Experience

To enhance the full conference experience, your delegates can head down to the cellar after dinner where a debrief of the day’s meeting can be discussed over a bottle of wine overlooking the night lights of Sydney after watching the sunset over the Blue Mountains.

Loxley can offer a wide range of team-building activities including a corporate poker challenge, trivia nights, murder mystery nights, or have our Musical Director perform live music through the evening. Wake up to a fully cooked country-style buffet breakfast either in the Loxley Private Dining Room or on the verandah watching the sunrise over Sydney.

Explorer’s Retreat

Catering up to 20 delegates, the Explorer’s Retreat conference meeting room has been designed in a country style, with timber featuring heavily throughout the conference room and a large open fireplace to assist in the homely feel for your delegates.

The room is air-conditioned for your delegates’ comfort and tea and coffee are supplied continuously throughout the day.

Kauri Room

Our Kauri Room can cater for up to 100 delegates theatre style, cabaret, class room, 40 in u-shape and 130 for a cocktail style product launch. The Kauri Room is fully air-conditioned and features an abundance of natural light as well as the picturesque view of the Blue Mountains. The Kauri Room’s verandah overlooks the whole Sydney Basin and the Hawkesbury Valley. The verandah is a perfect area for your conference delegates to enjoy a homemade morning tea or a buffet luncheon utilising some of the Hawkesbury’s finest produce.

After a full day conferencing, your delegates can expect a gourmet meal prepared by Loxley’s executive chef, using some of the best produce sourced locally through the Hawkesbury region.
